Bookings

Programs are available in Edmonton, and surrounding areas (St Albert, Leduc, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Sherwood Park). The program provider will come to your facility, and bring all required supplies for the program. If you would like to book a program, or for more details about individual programs, please see the program page and contact information below.

Available Booking Days & Time Frames

Monday - Friday - [10:00AM -12:00PM]    [1:30PM - 3:30PM]    [6:00PM - 8:00PM]

Saturdays                [6:00PM - 8:00PM]   (Programs can be run between 1-2 hours)

Participants will be charged a fee of $7.00 for the Amazing Magnetic Puzzle program. The minimum number of 15 participants must be registered one week prior to the program start date to proceed.

Two Hour Program - $105.00

Special Small Group Rate

Two Hour Program - $120.00

​

Special Large Group Rate

Two Hour Program - $140.00

Please Note: For large group sessions, support staff or volunteer assistance will be needed. The Program provider will need to arrive one hour before the program starting time to set-up and will need one hour after the program ending time to pack-up.

It is preferred if program reservations are made one month in advance, but feel free to make inquiries with less notice and arrangements can be made to fit you in if the requested time slot is available.

Available payment methods: check, cash, or money order. Payments will be processed on site.
